  • Aerobic System Maintenance Plan

    • This maintenance plan includes two scheduled visits annually by a technician.  During each visit, the tech will inspect the aerator, air compressor, pumps, spray heads, control panel, alarms, timers, and chlorinator.  They will also check sludge levels, clean filters, and ensure the system operates efficiently and in compliance with local regulations.  It any components are found to be damaged or not functioning properly, repairs or replacements will be recommended.  Additional charges will apply for any parts or labor needed beyond routine maintenance.
